About the Tour
Join our unique author’s expedition “In the Footsteps of a Leopard” — an adventure through the untouched jungles and emerald waters of Lake Cheow Lan, located in Khao Sok National Park, Surat Thani province.
This is one of Thailand’s most spectacular natural areas, home to leopards, tigers, Malayan bears, elephants, and wild monkeys living in harmony around the mystical blue lake surrounded by Dragon Mountains.
Itinerary
Day 1
- 05:00 — Departure from Pattaya
- 08:00 — Stop for breakfast
- Visit Khao Yeoi Cave Temple, where nature has formed the face of the Buddha on the wall of the main hall.
- 12:00 — Lunch stop in Prachuap Khiri Khan Bay, surrounded by dramatic cliffs and scenic coastline.
- 16:00 — Arrival in Khao Sok National Park, hotel check-in (3★ resort among limestone rocks).
- Free time, swimming in the pool, rest.
- 18:00 — Dinner.
- 18:30 — Night jungle safari with a local guide. You’ll observe exotic insects, frogs, and nocturnal creatures (participation optional).
Day 2
- 07:15 — Breakfast.
- 08:00 — Departure to Lake Cheow Lan.
- Transfer by motor boat through breathtaking limestone cliffs and emerald waters.
- Arrival at the floating station — swimming, kayaking, and lunch.
- 13:00 — Jungle hike to a cave with an underground river and waterfall.
You’ll walk through clear streams and caves, sometimes waist-deep in water. - 16:00 — Return to the floating base, rest, tea, coffee, fruits.
- 17:00 — Departure back to Pattaya (for 2-day tour).
- 20:00 — Dinner stop on the way.
- 01:30 — Arrival in Pattaya.
Day 3 (for 3-day tour option)
- 08:00 — Breakfast.
- 09:00 — Departure from Khao Sok.
- 14:00 — Lunch stop at a beautiful beach of the Gulf of Thailand, free time for swimming.
- 18:00 — Visit Hua Hin Kings Park, where nine giant statues of the Kings of Thailand are beautifully illuminated at night.

22:00 — Return to Pattaya.
