Emerald Island, also known as Koh Kham, is located close to the Royal Thai Navy base, which ensures a peaceful atmosphere without crowds of tourists. Only your small group, up to 30 people, visits the island at a time.
The island has showers, toilets, a beach café where lunch is served, and a small bar where you can buy beer and soft drinks.
Departure and Transfer
The tour starts around 8:00 AM with hotel pickup.
On the way to the pier (about one hour), you will pass several famous spots: Khao Chi Chan (Buddha Mountain), Silverlake Vineyard, and the Sattahip Peninsula.
Ferry to the Island
A glass-bottom boat takes you to Koh Kham in about 15 minutes.
Upon arrival, every guest receives a mask and snorkel, a beach mat, and a sun lounger.
Relax in hammocks under the trees, swim in crystal-clear emerald water, and observe colorful fish. Kayaks are available on the beach, and you can walk around the island in about an hour. A short hike leads to an observation deck with a beautiful sea view.
Lunch on the Island
Lunch includes fried rice with chicken, papaya salad (Som Tam), tandoori-style chicken, fresh fruits such as watermelon and pineapple, and whiskey with cola.
A professional photographer is available for a photo session in scenic spots around the island.
