The Lost World: Tour Overview

The Lost World Tour fully lives up to its mysterious name. Just a couple of hours from Pattaya lies a region rarely visited by tourists — a world of ancient temples, jungle caves, and emerald waterfalls.

This journey combines exploration, light trekking, and cultural immersion, revealing the hidden beauty and spirituality of Thailand’s countryside.

The Lost World: Tour Highlights

1. Mountain Monastery

After a two-hour drive from Pattaya, you will arrive at a secluded Buddhist monastery nestled at the foot of a mountain range.
Although it may appear deserted, a small community of monks lives here, dedicating their lives to meditation. Visitors can explore the peaceful grounds and witness their simple, spiritual lifestyle.

Nearby, a lively troop of monkeys often descends from the hills to greet visitors — eager for treats such as bananas or cucumbers. Large monitor lizards sometimes appear too, adding to the wild charm of the place.

2. The Caves of Khao Wong

Next, venture into a fascinating cave complex — an underground labyrinth of 86 chambers.
Inside, thousands of bats rest quietly from the ceilings, creating a mysterious yet tranquil atmosphere. A flashlight will be provided for your comfort as you pass through narrow, winding passages.

At the entrance, you’ll find a sacred stone footprint of the Buddha, a revered relic believed to bless those who see it.

3. Khao Chamao National Park

After lunch at a traditional Thai restaurant, continue to the beautiful Khao Chamao National Park — a landscape of lush jungle trails, clear pools, and cascading waterfalls.

The path to the top can be steep, so good footwear is essential. Each waterfall level reveals natural pools filled with fish that gently nibble at your feet — a natural spa experience! Enjoy swimming in the cool, emerald waters surrounded by untouched tropical forest.

4. Return to Civilization

Before returning to Pattaya, relax at the charming Black Swan Jungle Restaurant, built in the style of an adventure movie set.
Here, you can enjoy dinner (optional, not included), feed swans gliding across jungle ponds, or explore a nearby waterfall cave inspired by Indiana Jones.

Return to Pattaya in the evening, filled with memories of Thailand’s hidden natural wonders.
